This policy applies to prebell.site and any other PreBell domain. By using the site you confirm that you have read it.
Privacy: what we collect
PreBell has no accounts and no comments. This is everything we collect.
- Weekly digest email. If you subscribe, we collect your email address. Buttondown, our newsletter provider, handles it and sends you a confirmation email first. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, or in Buttondown's preferences portal.
- Technical data. The site runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare's edge logs may record your IP address, browser and request metadata, for security and to operate the service.
- Analytics. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites; it collects only aggregate visit data, such as the pages viewed, the referring site, the country and the browser type.
- Cookies and storage. The site sets no cookies of its own. It uses your browser's storage only for display preferences, if at all.
Privacy: how we use it
We use this information to run and improve the site, send the digest you asked for, respond to your messages, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
Privacy: affiliate links
Some pages carry affiliate links to brokers and exchanges. If you sign up through one, PreBell may earn a reward at no extra cost to you. These links are marked as sponsored.
Commissions do not influence what the site reports, which is generated from public data. Third-party sites have their own privacy policies, and we do not control them.
Privacy: sharing
We do not sell personal data. Two providers process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, storage and analytics) and Buttondown (the newsletter). We disclose information when the law requires it.
Privacy: retention
We keep subscriber emails until you unsubscribe. Operational logs are kept only for the short periods our providers keep them.
Privacy: your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing. To make a request, write to privacy@prebell.site.

PreBell is not directed at children under 16.

PreBell's content is generated automatically from public data (market briefs) and SEC filings (earnings checks) and is published for education and information only. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Assess risks against your own situation before investing and consult a professional adviser where needed.

Posts are generated by software from public data: market quotes, SEC filings and news sources. They are checked against those sources before publishing, but errors can still occur. Data can be delayed or wrong, and the site may be unavailable. Figures are not guaranteed.

The links under “Affiliate partners” are affiliate links: PreBell may earn a referral fee if you sign up through them.
